Prior to this role, Dean was Vice President National Accounts at Steritech, where he worked on brand protection programs and secured a significant new account within the first six months. Dean also served as the Director of Sales at ASA International for over 15 years, leading teams through all phases of the sales cycle. Dean holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and is currently pursuing an MBA in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University.
