Chanda Guth

Chanda Guth has an extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Chanda started their career at Fiat Professional as a Post Graduate. Chanda then moved on to work at Lockheed Martin, where they held multiple senior HR leadership roles, including Senior HR Leader for the Information Systems & Global Solutions Business Unit, Senior HR Leader for the Operations, Legal, and Communications divisions of the Global Training & Logistics Business Unit, Division Compensation Leader, and Business Unit Head of the HR Centers of Excellence. Afterward, Chanda worked at DIRECTV as Director of Human Resources for Customer Care, Field Operations, and Employee Engagement. Chanda then joined Biogen as Head of Human Resources for Global Engineering & Technical Development and later as Head of Global Employee Relations. Chanda went on to work at Atlassian as the Vice President Global Head of HR Business Partnership. Prior to their current role, Chanda worked at Nasdaq, where they served as Vice President Global Human Resources and Senior Vice President Global Human Resources, leading the company's HR strategies and supporting the global employee footprint. Chanda is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at G-Research.

Chanda Guth holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Purdue University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Chanda also has a certification as an Insights Discovery Practitioner from Insights.
