Nikita Thakrar

Nikita Thakrar is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in capital markets and debt transactions. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at G-Research since March 2022, Nikita previously held roles at White & Case LLP as an Associate specializing in Capital Markets from November 2015 to January 2022. Nikita also contributed as a Consultant in the Transaction Management Group at Morgan Stanley and as a Legal Counsel at Standard Chartered Bank. Nikita's early career included a trajectory at Allen & Overy as a Trainee Solicitor, encompassing various areas such as International Capital Markets, Banking, and Litigation. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford and legal training from the University of Law. High school education was completed at Rickmansworth High School with A-Levels in multiple subjects.
