Tereza Odunoye

Tereza Odunoye is an experienced benefits and wellbeing professional currently serving as the Head of Benefits & Wellbeing at G-Research since March 2025. Previously, Tereza held various leadership roles at Nuveen, a TIAA company, including VP Head of International Benefits and VP Senior Benefits Manager, International from August 2021 to March 2025. Tereza also contributed to MFS Investment Management as Global Benefits Team Lead and Senior Benefits Specialist - International from July 2018 to July 2021, and worked at BNY Mellon, BNY Mellon from January 2011 to April 2018 in multiple capacities. Tereza's career began at Hachette Book Group in 2001 and includes HR roles at several organizations. Tereza holds an Associate CIPD in Human Resources Management from City and Islington College and multiple A Levels in subjects such as English Literature, Communication and Media Studies, and Art.
