Fleur Bastin

Fleur Bastin is a seasoned CRM professional with extensive experience in digital marketing and customer relationship management. Currently serving as CRM Lead at G-Star RAW since February 2022, Fleur oversees global CRM calendars, analyzes key performance indicators, manages A/B testing, and collaborates with various stakeholders to plan and create CRM campaigns. Prior to this, Fleur worked as a Business Consultant at DDB Unlimited, providing digital CRM analyses and implementing data-driven strategies for clients. Additional roles include Campaign Manager and Data Analyst, Marketing & Sales Assistant, and Campus Recruiter, showcasing a diverse skill set in marketing, sales, and event promotion. Fleur holds a Master of Science in Marketing Management & Intelligence and a Bachelor of Science in International Business from the University of Groningen, along with ongoing studies at the University of Navarra.
