Sriram Gadepalli

Sriram Gadepalli is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) and CRM solutions. Currently serving as a Product Solution Manager at Adobe since April 2024, Sriram focuses on D365 CE solution design, business analysis, and stakeholder communication. Prior to Adobe, Sriram held significant roles at Numentica LLC and Microsoft, leading D365 CE/CRM projects in both state and federal contexts. With a strong background in techno-functional leadership, business process mapping, and migration analysis, Sriram has effectively managed various projects across multiple organizations, including East West Bank and Costco Wholesale. Sriram holds an MBA in Information Technology from Andhra University.
