Friso Tiesinga

Friso Tiesinga (MSc. RA) is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in group financial control and auditing. Currently serving as the Director of Group Control at G-Star RAW since February 2019, Friso specializes in coordination of group audits, due diligence, ESG reporting, cashflow analysis, and budgeting. Prior to this role, Friso was a Controller at Kendrion NV, responsible for consolidated financial statements, and held multiple positions at KPMG Audit over a 12-year tenure, including Senior Manager, where Friso managed significant audit engagements for clients in the Energy and Natural Resources sector. Friso holds a postdoctoral degree in Auditing and a Master's degree in Economics from Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam.
