Najmul Hoq

Najmul Hoq possesses extensive experience in planning and artwork management within the apparel industry, currently serving as Manager of Planning and Artwork at G-Star RAW since October 2018. Prior to this role, Najmul held multiple engineering positions at ARUNIMA SPORTS WEAR LTD. from December 2015 to September 2018, including Junior Plant Engineer, Quality Engineer, and Executive Engineer in both Finishing and Sewing. Additional experience includes a brief tenure at YKK, Bangladesh, focused on metal button attachment and problem-solving, as well as industrial training in mechanical engineering and wood manufacturing processes. Najmul holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the Institute of Business Administration, Jahangirnagar University, and a B.Sc. in Industrial and Production Engineering from Shahjalal University of Science and Technology.
