Herb Raymond

Herb is a career long Project Manager who has risen through the ranks, going from Architectural Millwright to Senior Project Manager. Herb has extensive experience guiding small and large-scale projects through the entire project development lifecycle. Herb served as an Owner’s Representative for the base building segment of the 3-million-square-foot American Dream Mall in East Rutherford, NJ. Herb also has extensive experience performing as lead Project Manager on distribution and fulfillment centers throughout the Tri-State area. Herb is a veteran of the United States Military.
