Erik Michielsen's work experience includes roles as a Managing Director at World 50 Group and G100, where they played a key role in developing executive development programs for Global 1000 companies. Erik also worked as a Senior Lecturer at Cornell University, teaching business management courses and leading executive education programs. Prior to that, Erik founded and led an online educational media company called Capture Your Flag.
