Connor Grogan

Connor is a Vice President of Technology & Business Services with G2 providing corporate and credit restructuring advisory services, transaction execution, valuation, and investment analysis. Connor specializes in operational and financial modeling in support of merger and acquisition, advisory, and distressed turnaround situations. Connor joined the G2 team in 2016.

Prior to joining G2 Capital Advisors, Connor was an Associate with Stout Risius Ross, Inc., in its Valuation and Financial Opinions practice. While at SRR, Connor performed transaction advisory analyses in support of fairness and solvency opinions for merger and acquisitions, private equity-backed leveraged buyouts, and divided recapitalizations. In addition, Connor provided valuation and consulting services for both public and private companies in bankruptcy restructurings, distressed transactions, tax litigation, merger and acquisition due diligence, and financial reporting. Connor has worked across diverse industries including aerospace and defense, industrials, energy, software, telecommunications, and media, among others.

Connor graduated from The College of William and Mary with a BA in Economics and Finance.
