Prior to Fifth Gear, Don led a successful Initial Public Offering for hhgregg, a multi-billion dollar consumer electronics and appliance retailer which doubled in size and profitability during his three-year tenure. Don has held financial leadership roles at Buffets Holdings, Inc., Things Remembered, Carter’s Childrenswear and Sears, Roebuck and Co. He began his career at Deloitte & Touche where he earned his CPA license.
