Gene Marc Cervantes has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as an HR Executive at G2 Travel since February 2023. Prior to this role, Gene held various positions in HR, including Supervisor - HR Talent Acquisition at Leisure & Resorts World Corporation and Talent Acquisition Officer at Multisys Technologies Corporation. Gene's responsibilities have included managing the end-to-end recruitment process, conducting exit interviews, and supporting HR initiatives across multiple organizations, including Okada Manila and City of Dreams Manila. Gene's career began in the food and beverage sector with Marriott Hotels, providing a strong foundation in customer service. Gene holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Southern Luzon State University.
