Eunice Buhler

Eunice Buhler is the General Counsel at G2. Eunice has over seven years of experience working in legal, with a focus on transactional work and corporate law.

Eunice began their legal career as a summer associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in 2013, where they worked on investment products and derivatives. Eunice then returned to Kirkland & Ellis as an associate in 2015. During their time as an associate, they represented private equity firms and public and private companies in domestic and cross-border transactions, ranging from $10 million to $2.1 billion in value. Eunice was responsible for drafting and revising key transaction documents and ancillary agreements, and directly managed and engaged in due diligence.

In October 2019, Eunice left Kirkland & Ellis to join Inteliquent as Associate General Counsel. In this role, they provided legal counsel to the company on a variety of matters, including transactions, litigation, compliance, and regulatory issues.

Eunice is currently the Vice President of Legal at G2, where they provide legal support and advice on a variety of matters, including contracts, employment law, compliance, and litigation.

Eunice Buhler earned their Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, their Master of Arts (M.A.) in Psychology - Conflict Resolution and Negotiation from Stanford University, and their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with Honors in International Relations from Stanford University. Eunice is also certified by the Supreme Court of Illinois as a Licensed Attorney in the State of Illinois.
