Tracy Feanny

Tracy Feanny is Lattice Semiconductor’s Corporate Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary. She joined Lattice in November 2021 with responsibility for all legal matters and serving as the company’s chief compliance officer.

Tracy has over 20 years of experience leading legal support on matters related to corporate governance, securities, intellectual property, ethics and compliance, employee relations, sales, operations, mergers and acquisitions, and business operating units. Before joining Lattice, Tracy was Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and Assistant Secretary at National Instruments Corporation. Prior to this, Tracy held impactful positions at Amazon Web Services, Dell Technologies, a U.S. Federal IT distributor, and international law firm. In addition, she was also actively involved in multiple diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, including National Instruments’ DEI Council and Black Inclusion Network.

Tracy earned her Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University Law Center and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations from Florida International University.
