John Richter

John Richter is currently the Federal Legislative Director at G2G Consulting. Prior to this, they served as the Eastern Pennsylvania Deputy Political Director for Biden for President from August 2020 to November 2020. John has also held the position of Legislative Director at G2G - Innovative Government Affairs Consulting from September 2018 to March 2022, Manager of Public Policy at WorldatWork from February 2017 to August 2017, and Legislative Assistant at the U.S. House of Representatives from July 2014 to February 2017.

Richter has extensive experience working in various political positions. John has been instrumental in developing, cultivating, and utilizing relationships with congressional members and staff, federal agency staff, and other human resources and workplace advocacy groups to advance WorldatWork's public policy goals. John has also participated in and lead coalition activities in support of WorldatWork public policy goals, and driven legislation pertaining to key total rewards and workforce attraction and retention issues.

In their role as the Eastern Pennsylvania Deputy Political Director for Biden for President, Richter was responsible for managing day-to-day operations in the field, developing and executing strategies to increase voter contact and turnout, overseeing a team of regional field organizers, and more. John has also served as the Pennsylvania Democratic Party's Deputy Political Director from September 2016 to November 2016.

Richter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Rutgers University.

John Richter has a Master of Public Administration from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Arts in John'story and Political Science from Penn State University. John also studied at IES London.
