Ryan Skoglund, CSQA FLMI

Ryan Skoglund has extensive work experience in IT analysis and management roles. From 2009 to 2016, they worked at Nationwide Financial as a Manager, leading a team of 25 analysts and test automation developers. Ryan provided coaching and leadership to enhance Agile capabilities and quality. Following that, from 2016 to 2020, they joined Nationwide as a Manager, responsible for managing 18 full-time analysts across the organization. Ryan focused on coaching, motivation, and thought leadership to improve analysis capability for Agile teams. Currently, since May 2021, they are working at g2o as a Lead Analyst.

Ryan Skoglund attended Muskingum University from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business with a focus on French. These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn, with different completion dates ranging from March 2020 to June 2020.
