Mike Stamatinos has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and investment analysis. Mike is currently the Director of Corporate Development at G3, where they lead the strategy development and execution, M&A evaluation and execution, and long-term forecasting. Prior to G3, they worked at AGI - Ag Growth International as the Director of Corporate Finance, where they led M&A opportunities, conducted financial analysis, and managed the virtual dataroom for post-acquisition integration. Before that, they worked as a Senior Investment Analyst at IG Wealth Management, a Senior Financial Analyst at ATCO Power Canada Ltd, and a Mergers and Acquisitions Associate at EY. Mike also has experience as a Cash Management Analyst at TransAlta and an Account Manager at RBC.
Mike Stamatinos obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from the University of Saskatchewan from 1997 to 2001. Mike later pursued a Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute, completing it from 2002 to 2004.

In Eastern Canada, our port facilities on the Great Lakes and St. Lawrence Seaway System from Thunder Bay, ON to Quebec, QC provide access to destinations across the Atlantic. Farmers deliver direct to our port facilities in Hamilton, ON and Trois Rivieres, QC.
