Currently, Gareth holds the title of Production & Facilities Manager at G3 Systems Ltd and is responsible for the Advanced Composites & paint spraying facility. With extensive experience in setting up departments and constructing components to reduce weight and increase strength, Gareth has a proven track record in leading teams and perfecting processes related to composite manufacturing.
