Gary Charlton

Gary Charlton has extensive experience in operations management and project delivery, currently serving as the UK Operations Manager and Equipment Systems & Support Group Manager at G3 Systems Ltd since January 2016. Previously, Gary held the position of Project Manager at G3 Systems from January 2006 to January 2010, where responsibilities included overseeing systems engineering projects for various sectors such as the MOD and government agencies. Earlier in the career, Gary worked at Agusta Westland Helicopters as an Avionics Instructor from April 2002 to January 2006, contributing to the training of British Army personnel on Apache helicopter avionics. Gary also served as an Avionics Technician in the Royal Navy from June 1988 to February 2002, and held roles at AgustaWestland as an Avionics Course Designer & Instructor between 2002 and 2006. Educational background includes attendance at Oban High School.
