Paula Valio Pimenta

Paula Valio Pimenta boasts extensive experience in management and customer relations across various notable companies. Currently serving as a Mentor at G4 Educação, Paula has held significant leadership roles including General Manager for THE BODY SHOP in both Latin America and Brazil, and Director of Customer Care and Customer Relationships at Natura &Co LATAM. Previous experience includes roles in quality and food safety at Danone, where Paula was the Quality and Food Safety Director for Water. Paula is also an IBGC member and has pursued education in business governance and postgraduate studies in quality at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
