Andleeb Rabbi

Andleeb Rabbi serves as the Human Resources, Health & Safety Director at G4S India since August 2017. With extensive experience in human resources, Andleeb held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Reliance Nippon Life Insurance from July 2011 to May 2017 and was Head of Human Resources & Admin at Reliance Home and Commercial Finance from September 2007 to June 2011. Previous roles include Head of Talent Acquisition at Reliance Nippon Life Insurance, Lead for Employee Engagement and Retention at 3G Hutch, and Manager of Human Resources at ICICI Bank. Andleeb began a career in human resources at Elbee Services Ltd as Chief Manager from June 1998 to May 2002. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Human Resources Development from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, earned between 1996 and 1998.
