Lorna Hutchison-Cassidy, Associate CIPD, has extensive experience in HR and administrative roles, currently serving as a Senior HR Business Systems Administrator at G4S since August 2014. Responsibilities include managing pay increases, contract changes, system updates, and user training across the organization, ensuring compliance and accuracy in HR data. Prior to this, Lorna worked as an Assistant Manager at Select Service Partner Limited, where key duties involved maintaining HR files, recruitment, and compliance, as well as fostering relationships with customers and stakeholders. Lorna's earlier experience includes various accounts clerk positions, focusing on bookkeeping, stock control, and credit management. Lorna holds a degree in Multimedia Production and Design from Glasgow Caledonian University.
