Mandla Masangane

Mandla Masangane, MBA, is an experienced professional with a strong background in planning, forecasting, and supply chain management. Currently serving as Head of Planning & Forecasting at G4S, Mandla oversees sales forecasts, supply chain activities, planning strategies, and working capital management while conducting deal analyses and demand forecasting. Prior roles include Vice President of Supply Chain QA and Improvement Manager at Absa, where Mandla led projects to enhance forecasting and efficiency, and Demand Forecasting Manager at GSK, managing forecasts for Southern Africa. Mandla’s educational credentials include an MBA from GIBS Business School and a BCom in Economics and Statistics from the University of Cape Town.
