Roberto Freitas

Roberto Freitas is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and wealth planning. Currently serving as Partner and General Counsel at G5 Partners since July 2014, Roberto leads the Legal and Compliance departments. Prior to this role, Roberto was an Associate at Campos Mello Advogados, focusing on corporate matters, commercial contracts, and wealth planning from February 2011 to June 2014, and also held a similar position at BM&A – Barbosa, Müssnich & Aragão from September 2002 to January 2011. Additionally, Roberto gained international exposure as a Visiting Attorney at Clifford Chance LLP, specializing in tax and international taxation for a year in 2008-2009. Academically, Roberto holds an LL.M in Business Law from Centro de Estudios Garrigues and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
