Seda Yalcinkaya

Seda Yalcinkaya is a seasoned corporate transactional M&A attorney with extensive experience in legal leadership roles across multiple prestigious firms and organizations. Currently, Seda serves as Partner and General Counsel - International at Apollo Global Management Inc. since March 2019, holding additional titles such as Partner, General Counsel for Europe and Asia, and European General Counsel. Involvement in professional associations includes membership in the Global Capital Forum at the British Private Equity & Venture Capital Association and the Global Private Equity Council at Invest Europe, as well as a board member position at the Alternative Credit Council. Prior experience includes roles as General Counsel and Head of Legal for EMEA at Silver Lake, as well as positions in M&A legal at Citi. Seda’s legal career began as a Corporate Associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. Educational credentials include a J.D. from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University.
