Colette Kuhn

Colette Kuhn is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at G7 Renewable Energies (Pty) Ltd since March 2023, Colette leads HR initiatives in a pioneering renewable energy company in South Africa. As the Founder of Fin-IT Recruit (Pty) Ltd, established in March 2011, Colette specializes in providing dedicated HR and recruitment solutions for small to medium-sized businesses. Colette's previous roles include Senior Human Resources Manager at Wyzetalk, Senior Executive Search Consultant at AIMS International South Africa, and various managerial positions in recruitment and account management across multiple companies since 2003. Colette's educational background includes studies at Stellenbosch Business School, the University of Cape Town, and PE Technicon, where a degree in Internal Auditing was obtained.
