Jocelyn King

Jocelyn King is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Senior People & Culture Business Partner at G8 Education Ltd since January 2022. Prior to this role, Jocelyn was the HR Manager for Busy Bees Australia, where responsibilities included establishing and directing the people function and coaching business leaders to enhance employee experience. Jocelyn's extensive background also includes positions such as Senior Manager HR at Boeing, where a portfolio of HR functions was led, and Director of Talent Management at DFS Group Limited. With a Bachelor of Business degree in Strategic Human Resources/Marketing from the University of Southern Queensland, Jocelyn has developed a strong foundation in HR management across various industries since beginning the career at Centrelink in 1997.
