In 2011, he joined the Financial Services Agency as a fixed-term employee with in-depth knowledge of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act and other financial regulations. In 2015, he joined Masuda Partners Law Office. He will be a partner in 2018. In 2017, he became an outside corporate auditor of GMO Domain Registry. In 2020, he will be appointed as an outside director of the Company and an audit and supervisory committee member.

He has experience as a lawyer who is familiar with corporate legal affairs, and has deep knowledge of various laws and regulations such as the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act based on his experience as a fixed-term employee at the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act. Since he has experience as a corporate auditor, he has been appointed as a director who is a member of the Audit and Supervisory Committee of the Company. In addition, since there is no special interest between him and the Company and there is no risk of conflict of interest with general shareholders, he has been designated as an independent officer.
