Alex Denning, CSM®

Alex Denning has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Alex currently holds the position of Product Director, Parent Experience at Gabb starting from April 2023. Prior to this role, they were a Product Manager, MyGabb at the same company from June 2022 to April 2023.

Before joining Gabb, Alex worked at Brillio as a Program Manager, Experience Design from March 2022 to June 2022.

Alex also has experience at Purple, where they served as a Technical Project Manager/Agile Delivery Manager from July 2020 to February 2022. In this role, they oversaw project management efforts for a website redesign and facilitated the transition to Scrum/Agile methodology.

Alex's previous roles include working as a Technical Project Manager at MRM from February 2019 to July 2020, as an Account + Technical Project Manager at Fluid Advertising from June 2018 to January 2019, and as a Technical Project Manager and Digital Project Manager at VOLTAGE from November 2017 to June 2018.

Alex also worked as a Project Manager at Crispin Porter + Bogusky, where they managed projects for clients such as PayPal and Amazon from May 2017 to August 2017. Prior to that, Alex worked as a Senior Account Manager + Project Manager at BYU AdLab from October 2015 to May 2017, and as a Customer Success Manager at Alliance Health, LLC from January 2015 to March 2017.

Their earliest work experience was as an International Volunteer at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from March 2012 to March 2014. Overall, Alex's work experience includes various roles in project management, product management, and customer success across multiple industries.

Alex Denning began their education at Utah Valley University in 2014, where they pursued an Associate's degree in Business. Alex attended Brigham Young University from 2015 to 2017, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Communications. Additionally, Alex has obtained various certifications, including "How to Fix Bad Agile," "Learning Program Management," "Managing Project Stakeholders" from LinkedIn, and a "Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®)" certification from the Scrum Alliance in 2021.
