Dagmara Łojek has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Dagmara began their career as an Outbound Sales Representative for Eco Bonton in 2013. Dagmara then moved to Granda - Hostel i Klubokawiarnia, where they worked as a Pracownik recepcji in 2014. In 2015, they took on the role of Kierownik obozu for BPiT Almatur Poznań Sp. z o.o. and in 2019 they became a Customer Service Specialist for Gabi.

Dagmara Łojek attended the Akademia Humanistyczno-Ekonomiczna w Łodzi from 2018 to 2020, where they earned a Magister (Mgr) degree in Pedagogika wczesnoszkolna. Dagmara is currently attending Uczelnia Nauk Społecznych from 2020 to 2022, where they are pursuing a Studia podyplomowe in Metodyka Nauczania Języka Angielskiego.
