Stefanie Richard has extensive experience in customer service and account management, with a career spanning multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Customer Service Specialist at SeraCare Life Sciences since October 2017, Stefanie previously worked as a Customer Account Specialist at Hutchinson Aerospace & Industry and as a Sr. Customer Service Representative at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Earlier roles include positions at Electric Time Co., Speedline Technologies, and a return to Thermo Fisher Scientific. Stefanie began their career at Waters as a Sales Coordinator/Service Contracts. Educationally, Stefanie has pursued studies at Dean College and completed courses in Excel and PowerPoint at Tri-County RVTHS, alongside obtaining a diploma in General Education from Nipmuc R.H.S.
