Szymon Sowiński

Szymon Sowiński began their career in 2017 as a Specjalista ds. sprzedaży i obsługi klienta at mBank S.A. In 2018, they joined Gabi, a part of Experian, where they held roles as an Operations Specialist, Junior Operations Associate, Specialists Team Leader, and Sales Operations Lead. In their role as Sales Operations Lead, they were responsible for leading two teams of 19 people working in Poland, supervising, guiding, and motivating team members to ensure good service and green metrics, as well as expanding scope by identifying new business opportunities and improving processes. In 2022, they joined Ready4S - Custom Software and System Integration as a Business Researcher (Market Intelligence).

Szymon Sowiński is currently studying for a Magister (Mgr) degree in Law at the University of Lodz, which they began in 2019 and is expected to complete in 2024.
