Brian Ragan

Brian Ragan, CPA, currently serves as the Real Estate Development Accounting Manager at Gables Residential since April 2019. Prior to this role, Brian was a Senior Development Accountant at Pollack Shores Real Estate Group (RangeWater), where responsibilities included managing accounting for multifamily development properties and preparing financial reports. Brian's earlier experience encompasses a position as an Audit Associate at CohnReznick LLP, where comprehensive audits and financial statement preparation were key tasks, along with earlier roles in accounting and tax preparation. Brian holds a Master of Professional Accountancy from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the University of Georgia.
