Shelly Coulter

Shelly Coulter is Vice President of Operations for Dallas & Denver for Gables Residential. During her tenure with Gables, she effectively managed both Gables-owned and 3rd party managed assets, she was awarded Regional Manager of the year in 2009, was a finalist in NAHB Multi-Family Pillars of the Industry Award for Regional Property Manager of the year in 2012 and was selected to be in the inaugural Gables Leadership Institute in 2013/2014. Shelly successfully managed the majority of the lease-up communities that opened in Dallas during the past 8 years when she served as Regional Manager and Senior Regional Manager. She began her career with Gables Residential's predecessor, Trammell Crow Residential, as a leasing consultant in 1992 and has held numerous positions in property management throughout her career.
