Timothy Hutchinson

Timothy Hutchinson is the Vice President overseeing REIT, JV, and Third-party assets in Boston and REIT & JV assets in Washington, D.C. Tim began his career in 1988 working in the hospitality industry for Renaissance Hotels & Resorts (Marriott International). In 2006, Tim transitioned to multi-family working for Archstone and most recently AvalonBay Communities as a Senior Operations Director. Tim has over twenty-seven years of extensive and progressive professional experience with a solid operational and customer service background. Tim is a seasoned hospitality and multi-family professional with diverse property management experience including Development, Lease Up, Asset Positioning, and Multi-site Management. He was the recipient of Operations Manager of the Year in 2012. Tim holds a degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in Hotel, Restaurant and Travel Administration.
