Ross Mabie serves as the Group Business Development Manager for the Americas at GAC Group since January 2025. Previously, Ross held the position of Head of Commercial - Sales & Business Development for the Americas at Maersk Training from August 2023 to November 2024, where leadership was provided for commercial efforts in the Simulation Division. Ross's extensive career in sales and business development spans multiple roles at Proserv from 2013 to August 2023, including Country General Manager for Saudi Arabia and Qatar, and various managerial positions. Prior experience includes work at Lamprell Energy Ltd. as a Senior Proposals Engineer, Dynamic Industries International as an International Proposals & Projects Manager, and engineering roles at Cameron, Subsea 7, and Oceaneering International. Ross began their career at Island Operating Company and XTO Energy. Ross holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Sciences from Texas A&M University Galveston Campus, earned between 1993 and 2000.
