Anil Janardhanan

Anil Janardhanan is an experienced technology executive currently serving as Vice President of Growth at Gadgeon Systems Inc., where the focus is on transforming complex challenges into impactful, technology-driven solutions, particularly through AI, IoT, and advanced engineering. Previously, Anil held the position of General Manager at Gadgeon, guiding global enterprises in their digital transformation journeys and building high-performing engineering teams. Anil's extensive experience includes over 13 years at UST Global in various leadership roles that drove transformative impacts across Fortune 500 clients, including building a high-impact global pre-sales organization. Earlier career milestones include serving as Program Manager at Celstream Technologies, where Anil secured significant contracts through quality delivery, and as a Scientist with DRDO, as well as holding roles at Baan Infosystems and Yantri Enterprises, contributing to IT services and product development. Anil holds a postgraduate degree in Computer Science from Madurai Kamaraj University.
