Jino Sebastian

Jino Sebastian is the Chief Solution Architect at Gadgeon Systems. Jino has over 20 years of experience in the telecom industry, working with both small and large companies.

Jino started their career as a Research Engineer at the Centre for Development of Telematics in 1999. Jino worked on a ISDN to IP gateway solution for Voice+Video and was responsible for the implementation of ISDN call control, LAPD protocol stack integration and maintenance, H.221 multiplexing verification, drivers for ISDN BRI/PRI and FPGA logic and test applications. Jino also supported homologation tests of the product for various geographies across the globe.

In 2004, Jino moved to Tata Elxsi where they worked as a Specialist. Jino continued working on telecom projects, defining system requirements and architecture for new features for a Base Station Controller. Jino also worked as a Project Manager, responsible for project planning, resource allocation, project tracking and customer management.

In 2006, Jino joined Wipro Technologies as an Architect and Project Manager. Jino handled the technical architect role for telecom systems and was responsible for defining system requirements and architecture for new features for a Base Station Controller. Jino also worked as a Project Manager on telecom projects, responsible for project planning, resource allocation, project tracking and customer management.

Jino has been with Gadgeon Systems since 2011, where they are currently the Chief Solution Architect. In this role, they are responsible for defining system requirements and architecture for new features for a variety of telecom systems. Jino is also responsible for project planning, resource allocation, project tracking and customer management.
