Rachael Wood

Rachael Wood has extensive experience in legal and consulting roles, serving as a Consultant at Gadgetspace, LLC since December 2015 and previously at Warner Construction Consultants, Inc. from September 2014 to December 2015. Rachael also held the position of Corporate Counsel at Simplexity, LLC from June 2013 to March 2014 and worked as a Contract Attorney at Clutch Group, LLC between October 2012 and June 2013. Prior to these roles, Rachael was the Associate General Counsel at Simplexity, LLC from January 2007 to March 2013. Rachael Wood holds a Juris Doctor degree from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law (2003-2006) and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History with a minor in French from James Madison University (1996-2000). Education background includes Red Bank Regional High School, completed in 1996.
