Dutchie Riggsby

Dr. Dutchie Riggsby holds an Ed.D from Auburn University. She is the Director of Media Services at Columbus College. She has 20 years teaching hybrid and on-line courses for Columbus State University College of Education in Foundations of Education, Educational Technology, and School Library Media. Over 100 articles in educational publications, and presentations in many of the United States, Puerto Rico, Nepal, Egypt, and Australia. With over 28 years of service, she currently is on the Board of GaETC as Secretary and chair of the Publicity Committee for the Conference.
