Gary Rossi

Gary Rossi has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Gary is currently employed at GAF Energy as an Engineering Manager since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at GAF Energy as a Senior Product Development Engineer from June 2020 to March 2022.

Before joining GAF Energy, Gary worked at SunPower Corporation as a Mechanical Design Engineer from September 2014 to June 2020. In this role, they were responsible for product development, including design, documentation, testing, and UL certification of mechanical and electrical balance-of-system components for residential rooftop solar racking systems such as InvisiMount and Equinox.

Before their tenure at SunPower Corporation, Gary worked as a Mechanical Engineer at SPG Solar from November 2012 to September 2014. Gary also gained experience as a Module R&D Technician at SunPower Corporation from July 2012 to September 2012.

Gary's earlier work experience includes internships at SunPower Corporation as an R&D Systems Intern from June 2011 to August 2011, and from June 2010 to January 2011.

Prior to venturing into the renewable energy industry, Gary worked as a Sales Associate at Outdoor World Inc from September 2003 to August 2009.

Gary Rossi has pursued education in the field of engineering and construction management. Gary attended Cabrillo College from 2003 to 2009, earning an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Engineering. During the same period, they also obtained another Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Construction Management from Cabrillo College. Later, they attended San Jose State University from 2009 to 2012 and achieved a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
