Matt Rhinehart

Matt Rhinehart has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Matt is currently the Director of Customer Operations at GAF Energy since October 2022. Previously, they held the position of VP Operations at Palmetto from July 2020 to October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Regional Vice President at Trinity Solar from August 2019 to July 2020. Matt also has experience in the renewable energy sector, having worked at Tesla as a Senior Operations Manager from January 2017 to June 2019 and at SolarCity in various roles including Regional Director, Regional Operations Manager, Residential Project Manager, and Crew Lead from 2011 to 2017. Before transitioning into the renewable energy industry, Matt worked as a Social Studies Teacher at Baltimore City Public Schools for a year and as a Resident Teacher at Baltimore City Teaching Residency for a year. Matt began their career as a Carpenter at Field General Inc. from 2004 to 2007.

Matt Rhinehart has a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in History from Temple University. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a NABCEP Certified PV Installation Professional from NABCEP: North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners in May 2013.
