Dania Garofalo

Dania Garofalo is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in managing human resources operations across various organizations. Currently serving as Manager of HR Shared Services at GAF since July 2019, Dania oversees the design and execution of a high-volume HR service delivery model. Prior to GAF, Dania held multiple roles at Dun & Bradstreet from August 2011 to present, culminating in the position of Leader of the People Service Center, where responsibilities included team management and development. Dania's tenure at Dun & Bradstreet also featured roles as a People Operations Professional, HR Specialist, HR Metrics & Systems Analyst, and HR Project Coordinator, showcasing a strong foundation in HR processes, systems, and team leadership. Earlier career experience includes administrative support roles at D&B and Prudential, with educational credentials including a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources from the University of Phoenix and certification as a Medical Assistant from Berdan Institute.
