Gary Fitzsimmons

Gary Fitzsimmons has extensive experience in customer services, having held various leadership roles at GAF since June 2004, including Senior Director of Residential Customer Services and Director of Customer Care. Responsibilities included managing the Billing Group and developing a system for electronic invoicing. Prior to GAF, Gary served as a Senior Research Analyst at Thomson Financial, where management of deadline-oriented portfolio analysis was key for private equity clients. Gary holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management from William Paterson University of New Jersey.
