Jennifer Phillips

Jennifer Phillips has over 20 years of work experience in various compensation and human resources roles. Jennifer most recently worked as the Director of Compensation at GAF since 2012. Prior to that, they were a Compensation Partner at Pocono Health System from 2009 to 2012. Jennifer also has experience as a Compensation Manager at Avis Budget Group from 2003 to 2009, a Compensation Analyst at Reuters from 2002 to 2003, and a Compensation Analyst at Société Générale from 2000 to 2002. Jennifer began their career as a Human Resources Administrator at ASARCO from 1997 to 2000.
