Lili Murphy

Lili Murphy currently serves as the Director and Assistant Chief of Staff at GAF, a position held since February 2025. Prior to this role, Lili was the Operations Manager (Americas) and Global ERP Lead Administrator at The Behavioural Insights Team from January 2020 to February 2025. Lili has also worked as a Senior Project Manager at Promise Project from September 2016 to January 2020 and as the Manager of Development and Operations at INCLUDEnyc from January 2014 to September 2016. Lili's early career includes serving as a Communications Specialist in Public Relations & Fundraising at Enterprise Community Partners, a Consultant for the Correctional Association of New York - Women in Prison Project, and a Research Assistant at the Barnard Center for Research on Women. Lili holds a B.A. in Women's Studies from Barnard College.
