Megan Flynn

Megan Flynn has extensive experience in strategic initiatives and business innovation, currently serving as the Strategic Initiatives & Business Innovation Manager at GAF since April 2018, where Megan has held multiple roles, including Senior Business Innovation Analyst and Senior Marketing Analyst. Prior to this, Megan gained hands-on experience as a Lifeguard and Swim Instructor at the University of New Hampshire Swasey Pool, managing safety protocols and emergency procedures. Additionally, Megan interned as a Pharmaceutical Recruiting Intern at ALKU, focusing on talent placement within medical and pharmaceutical sectors, and coached the Wyckoff Stingrays Swim Team at the Wyckoff Family YMCA. Megan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of New Hampshire.
