Cassie Nicolai

Cassie Nicolai started at Gage Brothers in 2010 as an intern with the human resources department. During her internship, she quickly realized her passion for the industry and became a full-time human resources generalist with the company. Currently Cassie is the Vice President of Human Resources and Safety. In this role, Cassie oversees recruiting and hiring, employee development, employee recognition and wellness, risk management, worker’s compensation, and safety. She is committed to a proactive safety approach, based on team member involvement and empowerment, to help identify high risk situations and ensure that Gage Brothers team members are safe on and off the job.

Cassie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management degree from the University of South Dakota. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) chapters, including both the local Sioux Empire chapter and the national chapter. She is also certified as a Professional in Human Resources by the HR Certification Institute and is recognized as a Certified Professional by SHRM.
