Lauren Haas

Lauren Haas has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles.

Lauren began their career as an intern at Design Sensory, a creative design agency, from January 2008 to May 2008. Lauren then worked as an intern at Blattner Brunner, a marketing and advertising agency, from June 2008 to August 2008.

Following their internships, Lauren joined The Jake Group as a Graphic Designer and Project Manager from August 2008 to April 2009. Lauren then served as an Administrative Assistant in Convention Services at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center from June 2009 to December 2009.

In 2010, Lauren joined Aon, where they held two roles. Lauren started as an Executive Assistant and Junior Designer in the Financial Services division from June 2010 to May 2013. During this time, they provided administrative support and was responsible for designing proposals and presentations. Lauren also handled policy billing procedures and managed an internal revenue database.

Lauren then became a Senior Designer in the APEx Team of Aon's Health & Benefits division from May 2013 to November 2015.

In 2015, Lauren joined Gagen MacDonald as a Creative Consultant and Designer. Lauren worked in this role until March 2019, after which they were promoted to Senior Manager, Creative. Lauren held this position until March 2022 when they were promoted to Director, Brand Experience.

Throughout their career, Lauren displayed their creative and design skills in various roles, ranging from event design at Table & Twine in 2008 to their current position at Gagen MacDonald.

Lauren Haas obtained their Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree in Graphic Design from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where they pursued their education from 2004 to 2008. Lauren also attended The University of Tennessee during the same period to acquire the same degree in Graphic Design.
